5. Payments and Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe, our payment processor. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select).
New paid subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. You can cancel at any time during the trial period without being charged. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and you will be charged.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle. You can manage your subscription, update payment methods, and cancel through the Stripe billing portal accessible from your account settings.
Refunds: If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund by contacting makko@printreadyflow.com within 30 days of your initial subscription purchase. Refund requests beyond 30 days will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Payment security: PrintReady Flow never sees, receives, or stores your credit card number, CVV, or full billing details. All payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified.
6. Your Content and Intellectual Property
You retain all ownership rights to the design files, images, and content you upload to PrintReady Flow. We do not claim any ownership of your content.
By uploading files to the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, temporary license to process, analyze, and transmit your files solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. This license terminates immediately when processing is complete and results are returned to your browser.
Your files are processed temporarily and are not stored permanently on our servers. They are sent to our AI providers (Anthropic and Replicate) solely for real-time processing. Your content is not used to train AI models, shared with other users, or used for any purpose beyond providing the Service to you.
Client-side operations (crop, rotate, recolor, color knockout, texture cut, gang sheet layout) are performed entirely in your browser. These operations do not send your files to any server.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights, licenses, or permissions to upload and process the content you submit to the Service. You must not upload content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise harmful

- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks
- Attempt to access other users' data or accounts
- Use the Service to generate content that violates any applicable law or regulation
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without our written permission
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these acceptable use guidelines, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation.
8. AI-Generated Results and Disclaimer
PrintReady Flow uses artificial intelligence to analyze your files, suggest edits, remove backgrounds, upscale images, generate mockups, and provide print preparation guidance. These results are recommendations and tools, not guarantees.
AI analysis and automatic modifications are designed to assist you in preparing files for printing. You are responsible for reviewing all output and ensuring it meets your quality standards and requirements before sending files to production.
We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee that AI-generated recommendations, edits, or analysis results will be perfect for every use case, print method, substrate, or production environment. AI systems may occasionally produce unexpected or incorrect results.
Always review your files before sending them to production. PrintReady Flow is not liable for print production outcomes, material costs, or business losses resulting from reliance on AI-generated results without human review.
9. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third-party providers to deliver its core functionality. By using PrintReady Flow, you acknowledge that your data may be processed by the following services in accordance with their respective terms and privacy policies:

- Vercel - Hosting and analytics
- Anthropic (Claude API) - AI image analysis and chat
- Replicate - AI image processing (background removal, upscaling, mockups, editing)

We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or practices of third-party services. Disruptions or changes to these services may temporarily affect Service functionality.
10. Intellectual Property
The PrintReady Flow service, including its original content, features, functionality, branding, user interface design, underlying code, AI training prompts, and documentation, is owned by PrintReady Flow and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works of any part of the Service without our explicit written permission. This does not apply to your own content that you upload and process through the Service.
11. Service Availability and Modifications
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, third-party service disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. If we make changes that materially reduce the functionality of a paid plan, we will provide reasonable notice and, if appropriate, prorated refunds or plan adjustments.
We may introduce new features, tools, or capabilities over time. New features may be subject to additional terms or may affect credit consumption.
12. Limitation of Liability
PrintReady Flow is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PrintReady Flow and its owner, operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the Service
- Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in AI-generated results or analysis
- Print production outcomes based on Service recommendations
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
- Service interruptions or third-party service failures
- Lost profits, lost data, or business interruption
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PrintReady Flow, its owner, operators, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of a third party, including intellectual property rights; or (d) content you upload to the Service.
14. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You can cancel your subscription through the Stripe billing portal and delete your account by contacting us.
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without prior notice, if you materially breach these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or use the Service in a way that threatens the security or integrity of the platform.
Upon termination: your right to use the Service ceases immediately; any active paid subscription will continue through the end of the current billing period unless terminated for cause; and we will delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data retention requirements.
Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law) will survive.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved through good faith negotiation first.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration or resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
16. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email (at the address associated with your account) and by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date.
Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should discontinue use of the Service and cancel your subscription.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PrintReady Flow regarding your use of the Service. These Terms supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
